The following terms and conditions apply:

 

Dispatch conditions

Deliveries are made to Germany and in the following countries: Europe and worldwide.

The items will be shipped after payment by "Registered Mail Express" with Correos (Spanish Post – delivery by local post), discreet and neutral.

 

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

 

We charge lump sum shipping costs to Germany and foreign countries (Europe) of 11,99 € per order.

From a purchase of 250,00 EUR we deliver free.

 

Deliveries outside Europe:

We charge lump sum shipping costs of 25,00 € per order.

From a purchase of 250,00 EUR we deliver free.

 

Shopping without VAT outside Europe

As a customer with residence and delivery address in the region of the world (outside Europe), you order tax-free with us (without additional VAT), delivery with „FedEx International EXPRESS“.

 

Delivery periods

 

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered to Germany and Europe within 5 - 7 days, in case of outside Europe, within 5 - 7 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

In case of deliveries to Germany, you have the following payment options:

 

- Prepayment via bank transfer

- Payment via PayPal or debit or credit card

 

In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:
